1. Where We Ship

United Kingdom (Mainland UK)

We currently ship across Mainland UK, including England, Scotland, and Wales.

Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Isle of Man

These locations may incur extended delivery timelines and additional charges.
We will display this during checkout where applicable.

International Shipping

International delivery will be introduced in a later phase of our rollout.
For now, orders are limited to the UK.


2. Delivery Options & Estimated Timelines

Standard Delivery (Mainland UK)

  • Estimated: 2–4 working days

  • Operated via trusted courier partners

  • Tracking provided where available

Express Delivery (Where Available)

  • Estimated: 1–2 working days

  • Cut-off times apply

Delivery timelines may fluctuate during peak seasons, restock windows, extreme weather, or courier delays.


3. Dispatch Times

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm: typically dispatched same day

  • Orders placed after 12:00pm: dispatched the next working day

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays: processed on the next working day

During high-demand periods, dispatch times may extend by 1–2 days.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and may vary based on:

  • Order weight

  • Delivery location

  • Delivery speed

  • Courier surcharges

Free delivery promotions may be offered periodically.

6. Delivery Issues

A. Incorrect Address Entered

If an address is entered incorrectly, contact us immediately at support@yubotanics.com.
If the order has:

  • Not yet shipped → we may be able to amend it.

  • Already shipped → we cannot redirect it; the order may return to us.

Re-delivery charges may apply.


B. Missed Delivery or Failed Attempt

Couriers may:

  • Attempt redelivery

  • Leave the parcel in a safe place

  • Redirect to a collection point

Uncollected parcels that return to us can be resent, but re-delivery fees may apply.


C. Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  2. We will raise an investigation with the courier

  3. Once confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund

No customer should bear courier failures—we’ll resolve it for you.


D. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days

We will review and arrange a replacement or refund.


7. Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items

When pre-orders become available:

  • Dispatch timelines will be clearly displayed

  • Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together

  • Split-shipping will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
