These Terms and Conditions apply to the Yubotanics Welcome Offer promotional code

1. The Offer

The promotional code WELCOMEOFFER10 entitles eligible customers to receive
10% off their first online order at yubotanics.com, subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility

  • The offer is available to new customers only.
  • A “first order” is defined as the first completed purchase placed using a specific email address or customer account.
  • One use per customer.
  • A minimum spend of £25 applies, excluding delivery charges.

Yubotanics reserves the right to determine customer eligibility at its sole discretion.

3. How to Redeem

  • Enter the code WELCOMEOFFER10 at checkout before completing your purchase.
  • The 10% discount will be applied to eligible products in your basket.
  • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code.

The code cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.

4. Eligible Products

“Eligible products” means products available for purchase on yubotanics.com at the time of checkout.

This offer may be used on products that are already discounted or on sale, unless otherwise stated.

5. Restrictions

  • The promotional code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products.
  • The code may not be transferred, resold, or reproduced.
  • The code must not be published or distributed on third-party coupon or discount websites without prior authorisation from Yubotanics.

6. Validity

The promotional code is valid until 31 May 2027, unless withdrawn earlier.

Yubotanics reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
